UGLYMEN lyrics

thanks for the support that you guys have shown to us so far and we appreciate every criticism, feedback, opinions that you may have on the album. this album is indeed a pop rock album (more rock) with a variety of styles presented. we enjoy composing/arranging/playing/recording the songs and we hope that you guys have a good time listening to it.

the songs are the 10 years sweat of uglymen. some songs are 9 to 10 years old. we collected over the years and kept playing those songs that we “feel” close to our hearts and steam to our souls. sorry, gotta use steam — have to be honest. we work hard like you guys during the day time and we gotta let out the steam at night during our weekly practise sessions. we avoided taking the pop path eventhough we loved listening to them all the time and EVEN if we know that pop songs will make us more marketable and commercially successful… well, currently… we need more ugly rock music to blast our souls away at night… to cleanse our body from impurity, from poisoned corporate politics and ease our minds from backstabbing so-called working colleagues. argh~~~ our lives are surrounded with corporate business/organization people… that's how our music style evolved.
