  I can tell.. u must be darn free huh! Go firefighting… with the servers and the dumb users who keep rebooting your machine man!

  I like the flowchart.. simplify the evolution of Uglymen..!

  U guys are season band dude…! like i said… u play music till Dewan Dato Syed Omar closed down. In fact killed Citypoint as well! Worse of all u just close down the damn Sri Intan Cinema! You call that jinx! I call that Weapon of Mass Destruction! cool shit man!

  So.. with Uglymen name in place.. hope this time will do the other thing around like… kicking some Music Butts in M’sian scene and have more opportunity to rock the place.

  Last but not least.. cut a new album by 3Q of FY06! Coz I’m getting bored with the Ugly CD for now.. coz i hum the tune when i’m in the bathroom.. so it sucks a bit.. when i do that! worse case when i hum on track 7!
  So i need to switch to RHCP and Uglymen alternately !

  When you really “in touch” or touching uglymen, you will appreciate more
  in bandSOUND or true, good, MUSIC!!! I almost attending their jamming time “almost” everyweek. Watching them jam, feel the feeling of their music, then sometime visit TuaTao’s house and watching him and his kid; or other time eating and drinking kopi with metal gay ah hooi handsom the sow; when taking lesson from Mic “tall human”, knowing he has to drive from alor star about 1hour and a half driving time to Penang for not wasting his time, teaching some students and after teaching will be jamming with the band…Kai Chun got into the jamming room after taking care of his work and family…..

  Seeing all this, man, those guys are hardcore than other hardcore ppl…
  They dedicated all their live in MUSIC, their blood full of MUSIC spirit!!!
  then can you imagine it’s rocking for 10 plus years plus with this “never give up attitude”??? still rocking hard??? Their music, the ugly its not come easily; hard work, hardcore work…

  Specially taisuan and mic “tall human”…. Taisuan have to jaga his servers, family, and of coz’ the band “uglymen”, Mic “tall Human” have to jaga his students, family and involve in music composing/writting. Dun look at mic “tall human” like a dude only can rock with his guitar….

  He also can rock with his keyboard, piano…he knews a lot more…after being his student really feel like his is “tall human” can you guess wat is “tall human”???? hahaha…

  I do hope that taisuan or the “tall human” mic or the gay sow metal ah handsome hooi or kaichun can write out your sweet & sour days in music playing or band time.

  It’s really good coz’ a lot of ppl specially the New Bird like me don’t know about how you guys can shapen the uglymen music from vintage —> Uglymen??? very curious about all of you(s)’ efforts and juz would like you guys to share more with us, specially new bird BEH here….hahaha…

  buy their album like 1000 pieces can??? then they will not disband plus
  will put up their second album next year….

  Not you think….it’s true and I am not their fans, I am their close Friend!!
  hahahaha…hohohohoho….becoz’ those ugly”men” are very nice, friendly, sincere, down to earth, truely good “men”… all of them have very hamble attitude towards music and very sincere heart in friendship…

  Bandboyz usually reffer them as rockerz better…their image were like,
  slut, love drugs, mess around with other females, their live were terrible, drunk&messing around; when you come to touch ugly”men” I think the four ugly”men” won’t like beer….errr…except the handsome gay metal sow ah hooi… they won’t do drug, even a ciggratte except the gay ah hooi handsome sow metal.

  So it was like ugly”men” actually = good”men” …
  handaround with them very happy always..like happy tan you see her name “happy”?? coz’ always “happy”…and hang around with uglymen always…

  yes, WORTH support!! it’s a great band that got great ppl in there and great attitude towards MUSIC!!!

  Whoa… That’s one ….. uhhh…. “Band Tree”???? (I wanted to put “Family Tree”)

  Wow.. I didn’t know you all were going through so much after the past years.. but please keep it up and stay together for the music!!!!!!!! Your music is Genred as UGLY ROCK….. live up to the name!! For yourselves and for the fans!

  And yes, I would agree with Beh with on the rocker image..it’s sad to watch people change. I’m just 16 (turning 17 on the 20th of this month..!! wooohooo).. And I hope I’m not going to be like that when I’m in my 20s or 30s…

  And what beh said about Uglymen is true! They are a bunch of humble and down to earth men! No joke about it as it’s really true. They were so friendly to me and my friends when we watched them play before the Fusion Party (in that jamming studio of theirs in the middle of nowhere in PG.. @_@…)

  Beh, did u say Metal Sow can drink beer/liquor? He’s dead drunk after 1 glass.. and if 2 glasses, then he will have difficulty walking!

  So….last nite jamming was good, at least I can push out all my Uglymen CD’s (my stock) out…! hahahahah..! hey if i keep bring new ppl coming to studio then we can sell more cd’s ya! just let me jam for like 15min… i promise i won’t spoil the music.. but just bare with my off tune melody!

  So, Big head.. if you want to load me with your CD’s quota.. load me with the new album..! hahahah..

  like wat beh said above,
  those ugly”men” are very nice, friendly, sincere, down to earth, truely good “men”… all of them have very hamble attitude towards music and very sincere heart in friendship…

  they r really the best band i know,
  nice guys, humble, friendly….
  some rock men can’t accept other ppls better than them,
  they fooling around, and always criticize about the others…
  but uglymen will not…..
  they are good frens…sing out wat i feel , wat i see,wat i hear, wat i think, everyday…
  thanks for ur ugly music accompany me everyday, every minutes, every seconds, no matter i am happy, sad, angry o tired…
  and i love them!!!

  ya ya ya, hahaha..it’s true about the bassman…
  hey, you have music into your blood also..why not juz playing for fun
  and form a band. Juz purely for fun only…

  [Uglymen] the band,
  I actually learn quite a lot from them, specially TT(as TuaTao). He is my
  advisor sometimes becoz’ in music or in sound finding TT gives me a lot of
  guides. Not juz tat lot of time how are we going to be a better person in
  our lifes TT also gives me a lot of guides.

  PPL who duno TT or [Uglymen] the band they are maybe actually think
  they are showing off by putting some command out. That’s why TT explained and made the apology in the band compitition things in
  previous message. Becoz’ TT is very hamble man, in my guesses he thinks
  when he put up those command ppl might think he is showing something off…

  In here yes, TT had show something, but “show off”. He is very concern about local bandscence, care about the future of our local band scence, want them to do better when some “band compitition” are being held in
  the future and pointed out the important points up here to share becoz’ he is care of our local band scence.

  I love bandsound and came across many shows, live concerts. Local as well as oversea’s…. when come to watch local bands playing lives. Many of them still don’t understand or dun know how to present them in playing lives. Many of them want to rock but rock in the wrong way. And many of them didn’t take “sound check” seriously[including uglymen]; when come to LIVE they spoil the whole things becoz’ their “balancing” are totally out!!!

  Playing Live the “balancing” is extreamly important, then the coordination comes next, each members have to watch each’s back and give each supports, this is the basic. Even 3 piece can play very tight if the band’s well balanced, coordinated, supported, like the band above SLAP![from sarawak, kuching]

  If the band wants more I means want to be better in live playing; after the basic all well established. The band have to deliver their best to the audiences. Do not fear the cold crowd, many bands are very moody when the crowd’s didn’t react to their music, those band normally will have like don’t have the mood to play onwards. Well, take this as a test or challenge, if those crowd dun listen to you then make them listen to you!! Use your MUSIC to kick their ASS!! THis is wat I feel and see in as the weaknesses of our local bands are facing, specially chinese local band.

  Like TT said have to have eyes contact to their crowd not go up their for like jamming…The bands have to take up the challenge and if their the crowd dun listen or pay attention on your music, MAKE them pay attention by using your MUSIC to kick their asses!!!

  Band want to sustain,gain respect,popularity; the band must have self identity, self sounding, self tone, self signature. This is wat I see it’s another weaknesses of our local bands. This have to work hard, putting lot of efforts, and time to shape your own sound. Many band haven’t reach the place already disband…and those members got blood in their music, then reform another band with maybe different members, and repeating the same mistake, disband again and reform, and disband and reform…

  They have to like walking in the circle, start at the point and make a big round to the end and start again at the same starting point. So no improvement in our local band scences infact, it gets worsen…Nowadays’ band the quality is not there. This is wat I can foresee if many of them haven’t wake up still keep in walking into the circle, our local band scence will get worsen and worsen.

  This is my two cents worth of sharing point here. Take it or leave it.

  Beh, me playing band?.. errr.. no la.. i’ve given up music as it takes a lot of time which I don’t have… like you said committment is very important! i just can’t seem to get the interest back… I just happen to kacau old friends jamming and they allow me to touch their “equipment” once they finish with their songs..! else i’ll be sitting there listening. Normally I get to touch la.. else i will burn down their jamming studio! hahahahah..!

  You should form a band yourself.. I believe getting 3 pcs will be easy right? Drummer will be a issue i guess! Get more advice from Tua Thou.. he’s very wise when comes to music..! and can guide you thru from jamming, song writting and last but not least perform and who know’s compete!

  Last but not least… to get to where TT is…please practise 3hours daily! hahahahah..! n do lots of reading from Guitar Mag..! for new ideas!

  Ah Pin ans Suan can help u to grow and groom your interest! practise ! practise… n practise…! that’s all i can say.. ! always think – “kill your idol” and think to be better than uglymen!! hahahahah….

  So… jam on!
