It's been a busy day (Monday) and after the final last two guitar classes at home at 10.30pm, i was so glad that i can probably make a cup of milo and sit down and watch Final Destination 3 DVD, which i just borrowed from a student this afternoon.

But, at 9pm, my good old buddy Alex (oh, uglymen visitors more use to “fleaman”) called me and invite me for a drink. He came back Alor Setar for just a day on work commitment. So, i oso very long time did not hang out with him liao. I masi rode to Nesturn Cafe to meet up with him, and Jensen and ah leong (not the Vintage Leong) were there too.

We chat chat chat and after abt 30 minutes, Alex insist me on going on stage to sing an unplugged number from the UGLY album, he really caught me as I never prepare to sing alone for Uglymen. He wanted DoMiDo. Before that, good old Alex asked the singer on stage to sing DoMiDo (sipek lawak la, the singer din even know what is DoMiDo la..kekeke)

And Alex's friends (about 6 of them) were also shouting my name, make me more paise nia, so have to sing lo. Anyway, i chose to sing Missing You rather than DoMiDo, cos DoMiDo lack of vocal dynamic if singing alone.

So there goes the one-man-gig…. at 12.29am
 
Before singing the song, I spotted the 2 UGLY CD which I put at Nesturn Cafe since it commenced business last year… WAS STILL THERE!! No surprise anyway, so I said, wa,,,, the CD still there in the cupboard lo, and asked the crowd to continue eating and chat away ignoring my singing can liao. Then I pointed to the UGLYMEN Poster on the wall (Wa lao, Jia Hao hasnt take down after we put there on 24th December 2005) and told them the fattest is me la in the poster.

Guess what? A girl in the crowd said “The one rising his arm one is it?” I say no no no, the pink hair is me.

Suan, u think i am fatter or u fatter huh???

haha… Missing You always does the trick of catching attention as the guitar riffs start grooving, some consolation for me as quite a number of people clapping and standing in front to watch..

Luckily did not zhao im when singing and all went smoothly. 

And well, at the end when i was just about to leave the place, suddenly Alex's friend wanted to buy the UGLY CD, and soon everyone in the table followed suit. So I have to rush back home to take more copies…

Total sold 5 (minus Alex and Jensen who have already supported us long ago)..

So what? guess tonight's outing was worth it huh?
