last 2 weekeneds, i went to kuan im temple (goddess of mercy temple) to pray on her birthday. some interesting photos.

at times, we need to be close with god, so before we meet god, we gotta make sure our trip is a pleasant one. before u die a painful death, MAKE SURE u have insurance coverage. last week, i had a conversation with an FC (financial controller) of a group of companies. i asked him about insurance investment and we spoke about hospitalization insurance. NOW, the words that u gonna read below WILL SAVE u ONE DAY.
when u buy insurance policy to cover hospitalization, make sure it's GUARANTEED RENEWAL. these 2 words are simple BUT it will either make or break u. i'm gonna share with you an example of an insurance policy which you are buying for 30 years — supposedly u are in your 20's and have started working and you want to buy insurance for saving and protection against accident/hospitalization/deadth. and assume the insurance premium to pay is around RM2,000+ per year.
let's say u got into an accident and hurt yourself badly, u need medical treatment and it costs u RM20,000. your insurance company will PAY your medical fee of RM20,000 or a bit less (depending). then NEXT year, when it's time up to pay your policy, the insurance company says “sorry, your policy cannot be renewed anymore”. which means, if you get yourself into another accident or have stroke, high blood tension or diabettes, you will have to PAY on your OWN. so what are u going to do? by that time, your age catches up, diseases coming at you and you dont have an insurance to cover you. if you have these richmen disease, insurance company doesn't want you OR if they want to sell the policy to you and having known that you have such illness, your premium to pay for the insurance will be disgustingly VERY high. one of these insurances is quite a recent local “health insurance” being widely promoted — just be AWARE of this. if you are buying or planning to buy insurance, MAKE SURE you ask “is this policy GUARANTEED RENEWAL”?
good luck guys/gals — i hope you got a good tip to cover yourself if you happen to buy hospitalization insurance policy.
