since i’m working in IT + healthcare industry, i tend to learn a thing or two regarding human health. human health is IMPORTANT to EVERYONE. we are blessed with having 5 working senses: touch/feel, sight, hearing, smell and taste. (did i get them wrong).
the thing i learnt from the internet also helps me a lot. one of them is health. now, cancer is a dreaded disease. prostate cancer is EXCLUSIVELY targetted on MEN only. if u r a guy, chances are (slim), u may get prostate cancer when you are older (it may happen cause my dad had prostate cancer in late 2002 and had his prostate removed on 22-MAY-2003). i do not have any prostate cancer statistics (how many men had this when they are old/young) with me but they are high – i read about it somewhere but i did not remember the details.
here’s a simple procedure/process that you can do to prevent prostate cancer. as you know, prostate is located at your bird-bird, if you have prostate related disease, your bird-bird *might* malfunction or may not working properly i.e. peeing will be difficult cause you can’t aim well, you can’t control when you are going to pee and you can’t perform in the bed (i’m trying to keep it as clean as possible so dont laugh). the process or procedure to prevent your prostate is to HAVE REGULAR EXERCISE/WORK OUT ON YOUR PROSTATE. WOW!!! how to do that? well, it’s damn easy.
it is an easy exercise to work on your prostate, by exercising your pubococcygeus muscle, also known as your PC. the first step to beginning your PC workout is locating your PC. some men have been able to locate their PC for years and didn’t even know about it. QUICK TEST: the next time you pee, stop the flow of urine before you are done, the muscle you use to stop yourself from peeing is your PC muscle. if you have a hard time doing this then you REALLY need this exercise. the PC muscle is also used when you are shitting (pangsai), the muscle that you use to “cut-off” your shit, THAT is the PC muscle. to literally explain this is: try to suck up your anus/ass, THAT is the PC muscle.
evertime when you are engaging this muscle, it is called “flexing” the PC muscle. the muscle you flex is the PC muscle. ancient taoists also called the exercise “tightening the anus” because of the obvious reasons (it makes your anus tight when you flex). when i was 14 years old, i used to learn chinese martial art / shaolin from a teacher and he did teach me the PC flex but for different reason – to control your chi or inner energy. those who learnt this skill during ancient time is able to heal people or used for self defence. the used of “chi” in self defence is sometimes known as Street Figther’s RYU fire ball hit. i have seen with my own eyes when i was that age: a sick person (A) sitting on the floor with legs crossed (like meditation), a person (B) sitting at the back of (A) placed his (B) right hand fingers on top of (A) head and left fingers touching (A) anus tail. (C) is sitting behind (B), placing both hands with palm open touching (B) back. (D) sits opposite direction of (A) and both their arms were straight and touching by open palms. i hope u guys dont confuse. it looks something like this

my teacher told me that B, C and D are transferring their energy (CHI) to the weakened A. (C) is transfering the energy to B and B transferred it to A. it looked exactly like those healing process in ancient chinese martial art movies.
now, to cut short everything, flex your PC muscle 200 to 500 times a day. no kidding. when u flex your PC muscle, hold it for one second and release it. flex OR pull as hard as you can – u WILL NOT get injured. it gives u these immediate BENEFIT:
- cure to impotence
- good in bed – harder, lasting longer
- prevent prostate cancer
- curing premature ejaculation
not many people wants to discuss this, but it’s for the benefit of all. it also benefits the ladies where it will keep your body in shape after giving birth – strengthening the lower parts of your body.
actually, i did the exercise before and it’s no joke. i did NOT experience the above problem AT all. if you still dont believe me, you can become as good and hard as peter north just by flexing your PC muscle. if you don’t know who peter north is… well, he is a legend, go to google and type: “peter north”. peter north is michael lee and my idol. if you ever watched XXXXX movie (i dont watch

it’s easy to exercise, while driving, working, reading, eating etc. i tend to forget about exercising it but u guys got nothing to lose but a lot to gain. do it daily, its for your own good. i dont simply type and post rubbish here… u think i simply write stuff? u think my grandpa’s banana is fake? i even took a picture of his favourite banana for u guys to see ![]()
