TULANMEN - 4 UGAYMEN, WE R VERY TULAN

i sms to ah hooi just now asking him about his mom’s condition. his mom is currently being monitored closely in the ICU (intensive care unit) where she is breathing through a life support system, tube fed with liquid milk under a controlled temperature room in alor setar general hospital. ah hooi has been sleeping at the corridor for many nights.

we have been in constant contact with each other everyday. ah hooi is very very tired now. exhausting from the thinking and rushing around from places.

i asked his mom’s status through sms, his reply:

“her face not so bengkak liao. heart rate n blood pressure is stabil. but consciousness still not stable. n still not yet wake up”

- his mom face swelling has reduced considerably. heart rate and blood pressure are normal. she is still in a coma.

ah hooi has been a very filial son… hai… u never seen him cry… @#$%^& i see also i cry… now i cry… hai… @#$%^&*

by the way, my mom was discharged from alor setar general hospital yesterday evening. doctor said her yellowish pigmentation will go away in a few days time. her liver infection has subdued. she will need to have a strict diet to get back her healthy self again.

then again, ah hooi is in alor setar now. michael has reached penang today and tuesday evening (today) is our weekly band rehearsal in penang… then suddenly, ah hooi sms me just now:

“this week no practise, ok?”
