If TM Nut is the suckiest telco company in the country, then Maybang must be TM Nut’s joined winner for the award.
Saturday…
Yesterday (Satruday 3rd Feb) i wanted to deposit some money to my friend’s Maybang account, so i rode my bike to the nearest Mergong Maybang branch at 11am, and as very usual, both the cash deposit machines were out of service. I had classes by noon so i had no choice but to wait until Sunday to deposit.
Sunday night…
Sunday (4th Feb), I went to the bank at 2.45pm, again, the stupid machines were down. After my classes ended at 10pm, I went there again at 10.25pm, ma %#^$*(&), the machines were STILL down. And the whole machine room stunk like shit, somebody had vomitted there or shit there…. the floor was all covered with white fluid stuff which I did not want my camera to take the torture.
Story not ended yet… I went home, on my laptop, log in to Maybank2u.com, wanted to request TAC (a security code for computer online transactions), the TAC sms reached my phone after 45 MINUTES!!!
So, i entered the TAC in the window…. then was about to click the confirm button, my Streamyx connection went off….
Congratulations TM NUT and MayBang, you get the suckiest companies awards. Be proud of it like you always say Merentasi Kegagalan and Membina Ketulanan.
