TaiSuan, I really want to go, but I haven’t been getting enough sleep, frequent stomach disorders and.. well, health problems.

and I’ve heard so much about the other countries performing… The standards are undoubtedly unbelievable.. I heard from Kelvyn (mostly getting it from you) that Thai and Indonesian bands are just crazy. Always coming up with new ideas, new feels and styles. Probably new stunts like .. I don’t know, using a drumstick to shred a 5 minute solo. LOL

glacius, u must come man… this is once in a lifetime opportunity. this is my 3rd time watching the asian beat band competition at ASIA level. 1st being in KL 2003, 2nd in taipei 2004 (competing) and this is the 3rd time. u will be extertained by all the talents out there. it’s not talent on technical ability but performance and musical. u will be impressed. u will be overwhelmed by young indonesian bands.

oh ya, and you will be amazed how malaysian crowd make a fool out of ourselves jeering singapore band. i really *wish* we don’t do that again this year.

sadly, thailand is not competiting this year. if they are competiting this year, they will bantai all our malmsteem wannabes, vai wannabes and petrucci wannabes. we will be humbled. be shocked by these young talents.

Indonesion band rocks! i like Sheila on 7… they are damn one cool group!

But i believe our m’sian ppl can beat them… wth guidance from their coach!

by the time the indonesian band takes the stage, they will probably smoke everyone else already kekeke. indonesian bands never fail to impress every year at this stage. why? cause they have over 1000+ band entries for asian beat band competition. in malaysia, less than 100 bands competiting. so whatever comes from that country (indonesia), they will smoke everyone else. bwahahaha…
