  wow.. the weather must have been getting to u guys!
  Ah Hooi n Mikey sick..its a suprise…
  Tai Suan sick… NORMAL lah…! he’s been living on pills all his life.. what sick! he eat his medicine like eating peanuts!
  n drinking cough syrup like drinking coke! so….!

  bwahahaha…. fleaman really knows me too well… kekeke… but this time, i haven’t been sick for many months already. i shouldn’t have gone ill but those hectic schedules really burn all of us. cause during chinese new year, i was in tip top condition which was very rare. i took steps to make sure i am healthy, stopping myself from eating cookies, soft drinks and reduce rich food intake.

  its time to get my butt up and go teaching again… cant postpone any more class since already have more than 20 classes postponed from CNY onwards…

  Eat more fruits!!!
