we just got back from taiwan today. we were exhausted but the experience gained was priceless. you guys won’t imagine what we saw, felt and experience throughout the 4 days at kenting, taiwan.
here’s a few photos to start out our whole journey. more to come but it’s already 11pm now. i need to get some sleep and prepare for work tomoro. its gonna be a long day for us tomoro — to get back to our own self and realized that SPRINGSCREAM 2007 is over.
isn’t becky (hot chick of the month from taiwan) lovely?
we get to do some window shopping around kenting township. there were thousands of people coming to kenting. most of them came to watch and experience springscream festival.
we get to tour from kaousiung to kenting. from kenting to erluanbi. the scenary was breathtaking.
we get to meet with a lot of bands, artists and musicians. we get to meet with becky and her lovely friend, pei yu. she was one hell of a good photographer, an avid photographer. all those shots above were taken by her. i used my crappy canon digital camera and take a photo of her. photo below: she’s on far right. the guy in the middle is dino, drummer of WU BAI!!!
here we are, performing at the CIRCLE stage at kentington resort on 7-april-2007!
to uglymen, one of the best act, performance, musicianship, visually exciting band in springscream or in our entire life is a 3-piece rockability band from japan who called themselves HOT DOG BUDDY BUDDY. i manage to record them on video and they were one amazing band. the drummer is a cute lady! she really hit the drums well! (i’ll see what i can do with the video)
michael and i brought our own digital cameras. both of us will post differently with our own perspective. in a few days or weeks, i will post some diaries about our trip to taiwan — this time was BETTER and EXHILIRATING than 3 years ago. the experience humbled us, taught us about musicianship, sacrifice, being professional and chasing our dreams. you will not imagine how many exciting bands out there who perform for the love of music and nothing else. anyway, more to come and i will post my diaries in these different segments: girls of taiwan, bands and musicians of spring scream, fun in taiwan AND odd things.

every malaysian like us learns english as our second language after our national language which is the malay language.
