Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo has been named Player of The Year & Young Player of The Year 2006/2007. I must admit he is the most outstanding this term, and was a clear favourite long before the result was announced. Sometimes, I think its worth my 2 hours sitting infront of the TV just to watch him dances around opponents and dribbling pass defenders so easily.
Ronaldo becomes only the second player in history to achieve the remarkable feat, the only other being Andy Gray - who won both awards some 30 years ago in 1977. Just in case you dont know Andy Gray, he is the famous commentator together with Martyn Tyler commenting big soccer matches live when you watch Astro.
