howdy all friends and supporters!

Uglymen is finally putting together for a show since ages ago (last on 31st August 2008), ok i mean four of us together at least.

we are playing in two shows:

1) alor star on 6th February 2009, friday
2) penang on 7th Fevruary 2009, saturday

moer to follow.

yesterday couldnt sleep again, how shud i get bck to not so abnormal life again….so sien now….
Still got 6 classes to go…yawn….

Suan came back, but ah hooi muz go penang pulak… I want jam with uglymen…. Arh…..

recently i am so saddened with all things going around me, the cafe which i am employed at, the place where i play band, the school which i teach music… i dont think in my whole fucking 32.5 years of life, i have been so disorganised before.

some uglymen news for all our friends and supporters.

our drummer leow has (almost surely) land a drummer’s role in a pub in butterworth and that’s a good thing not only to him, but to the whole band, as he will be exposed to more variety of music and experience in playing live music. we wish him all the best in taking up his new adventure.

ah hooi is still always the best, so , no comment, he remained the magic fingers in our band.. he will try to contribute some new material too.

ah suan after finishing gigs with mr chee buys beans, will probably roll back to be uglymen’s drummer temporarily, in order to prepare for uglymen concert, fingers crossed, hopefully it will come true.

there are two new songs which i wrote recently, one is called “Bring The Rainbow Back to You” and the other not yet named, i hope to compile about 10 songs so uglymen would be able to release a long overdue second album

龍舟好手被撞後逃
張順添出殯
隊友獻歌送最後一程

（檳城29日訊）龍舟隊友及爬山隊友獻歌送最后一程，龍舟好手張順添在同儕歌聲中，為人生劃上句號。聖誕節凌晨遭人撞后逃的死者張順添，今早11時出殯時，近200名親朋好友一起送他最后一程，場面肅穆。

但由于張順添生前性格爽朗，朋友在與他告別時，高唱平時愛唱的歌曲，並高喊他生前的口頭禪“Yea Bah”（你好意思的），正式與他道別。
張氏生前參加許多運動組織，包括大馬兒女龍舟、Penang House Harries爬山隊、Full Throttle Athletic Club及一些體育會。

其生前來自爬山隊死黨，分別高唱歌曲《Why were you born so beautiful》及本身自創歌曲向他告別，符合張氏生前愛唱歌及豪爽的性格。

大馬兒女龍舟隊隊長沈義茗透露，今天共有30名來自龍舟隊的隊友，身穿與張順添在12月7日最后一次參賽的隊服，陪他走完最后一程路。

“我們曾在本月7日參加國際龍舟賽，那是他奪得宿將組亞軍。”

彭加蘭哥打區前州議員李學德也到場致哀，李學德指出，張順添為人豪爽，在海墘填地一帶知名度高，而且也是很講求孝道，每年清明節都帶領家人，從海墘填地徒步到壟尾墓地掃墓。

“我們見面都是以“We are the world”及“Give Me Five”來問候。”

張順添長子張家強對于父親意外身亡，只感無奈，但希望另一名肇禍者現身，以了解事情真相。

他說會聯絡警方，以獲取更進一步資料及了解情況。

張家強目前在英國從事酒店業，聽聞父親事情后，就趕回國奔喪，他會繼承父親一手創辦的裁縫店。

張順添在本月25日凌晨，在廣東民路遭轎車猛撞倒地后，又遭后來另一輛車碾轉而過，當場死亡。

其中一名涉禍司機已向警方自首，另一名仍未現身。

This week is really exhausted days for me. I have been going back & return between Alor Setar and Penang few times for this week.
19-Dec Fri - Went back Alor Setar
21-Dec Sun - Went to Penang
23-Dec Tue - Went back Alor Setar again due to company shutdown and my friends stayed at my house before heading to Langkawi
24-Dec Wed - Went to Penang for apartment stay
25-Dec Thu - Went back Alor Setar as I thought fleman wedding was at Alor Setar. Manatau was at Penang.
26-Dec Fri - Went to Penang to attend Fleaman wedding
27-Dec Sat - Went back Alor Setar as another friend wedding on 28-Dec at Alor Setar
28-Dec Sun - Went to Penang at morning as the bride’s house is at Penang
28-Dec Sun - Went back Alor Setar
28-Dec Sun - After the wedding, I will be going back Penang again as tomorrow I will go to Belum park, Perak.

Really tired……………..

Lastnite was Fleaman wedding. Congrate man. Tomorrow is my another friend wedding ‘Ah Qin’ (former Infinity guitarist). What is special for this? Because both of them are same birthday with me which is 24-Sep

It was sad to know that Uglymen’s jumpsuit tailor Ricky died in an accident on Christmas night after hit & run by a car. We knew him quite well since we got 2 jumpsuits which made by him. I still remember he come to see our show in Komtar this year. He was well known in tailor, dragon boat & body builder areas.

I was cleaning up my room today and found that there was a pretty birthday card. I forgot who sent the card already as normally we just kept it for long time. When looked at the sender name, oh..it’s from X Malaysia members - Chuin Ling, Hui Fenn, Khim Yun. Thanks lor…how are u gals doing now?
