i drove my girlfren tua pui yin to meet her customer. ended up we were chatting with her customer for more than 2.5 hours. the customer, her name is angel tan and guess what… she graduated the same year as me but she was from convent school in alor setar. we went to the same tuition centre 
i told her that i was one of the nasty guys sitting at the back of the class making noise and throwing rubbish/papers to a group of girls sitting in front. in fact, she was one of the girls sitting in front. and she said she was pissed off with all the throwing from us. damn, looking back, i was like a barbarian. i’m still a barbarian now, kekeke…
we spoke of all the girls studying in convent schools and she mentioned a few names and one of the girls was actually my neighbour. oh, the current sultanah of agong (agong’s wife) was her classmate. small world in deed.
bwahahaha…. after that, we went back home.
half an hour later, she called me and asked “r u playing in a band called UGLYMEN?” i said “well…. yes i am”. she said “we are your big fan”. i said “ah?” she and her business partner jackie loved our music. jackie was michael’s guitar student. can u believe that? that jackie guy saw me before i went into their shop earlier and said i looked familiar. jackie went out before i went into their shop. if he knew that i was there, he would wanted me to sign his CD.
then angel said that her 3 years old daugher loved our song and even sang the song “DO MI DO”. man… we have a very young fan. it was totally flattered and she said that she can’t believe that i am one of the dudes in UGLYMEN. wah lau eh…
she going to see us play on 29-august at jalan putra for the GHOST FESTIVAL. jackie will be there too. glad to know a few people who are actually adults whom love our music. its an unbelieveable feeling. it really made my day shine.

yes, angel tan, she’s from art stream. she knew quah leena, khor su ming, hooi min etc. she knew phuah siew wan, wei fern etc. but i dint have a clue of remembering her cause she’s one of the quiet girls just studying all the time.

if your jackie is the jackie i am teaching, he bought 3 Uglymen CDs on the first week of release back in 2005.
he kept one and gave his friends the others.

fleaman, u got a point there… i can recall a girl called N G, but not angel. her daughter is 5 years old this year. if she is really angie, then u can get hold of a bunch of convent girls our year already. they still keep in contact. u remember Poh Choo? she’s still around in alor setar. she is helping out her brother’s clinic (dentist).
all these convent girls are married with babies already.
