this morning, when i woke up, i was having diarrhea 4 times, then at lunch, ate some pasta, then came back to office and vomit. i nearly fainted… it was extremely uncomfortable. my hands were numb. i can’t walk to my car to see a doctor.
i told my boss that i can barely move. i got no air in my lungs, head was spinning, my fingers were grappling (i can’t open them). my face turned pale green. and i was weak like a new born baby.
i drank a glass of ORS (oral rehydration salts), put a lot of oilment (minyak angin) and sleep in the conference room floor. i dint actually sleep cause the body was aching and my head was telling me that i’m gonna throw up again but i dint. i nearly want to lau sai again.
i felt that i was going to die because of the pain. i can’t breath for a moment. my chest compressed when i vomitted into the toilet bowl. imagine having my head inside the toilet bowl and screamed SI AI BIN blerkhhh~~~~ (with all the stuff)… luckily i’m disgusting, i can do disgusting things like this. then quietly, i fast-fast clean up the toilet cause it had all my italian pasta and tiramisu which i ate during lunch splatting all over the toilet bowl. bwahahaha
for a moment, i can feel like a terminal ill patients in the hospitals that i am supporting currently. u can feel the pain, the loneliness (i was in the conference room alone) and how desperate u want to get away from the pain. it makes me feel that life is extremely precious and health is extremely important. for that moment, it changed my thinking to be positive about life and how important it is to help the needy.
i just woke up less than an hour ago. my head is a little dizzy but i have regained my strength a little bit.
when u are down with food poisoning, u need:
1. minyak angin
2. ORS drink
3. pillow
4. flowing air in the room u r resting

that’s what I experienced yesterday when was driving bck fr penang… couldn’t breath…
stopped at few places…
very pening yday that’s why I no post new thing yesterday ma…
maybe is the ais kacang and fried rice…
