december 2007 is going to be a busy month for us. we have one confirmed gig in sarawak on 8-dec-2007 and it has been covered widely by the media in east malaysia. we haven’t been so excited about a gig before and we are flying over to taste their famous “kolo mee”, an alternative name for that dish is “wan than mee”. our friends from Slap! and Dream Machine are going to bring us around bandar Kuching and show us some pussies around… 
ah… the anticipation of good food, nice scenaries and cool people.
i tell u sarawak is a happening place; u see how our friends in the east cover their indie gigs; they had media, bloggers and friends supporting raw, indie, no-label and unsigned talented musicians. check it out here, here and here. you can see faces of passion, joy, satisfaction and fulfillment in performing and enjoying music. they have cute chicks and hot guys around with hordes of young kids. it changed how i thought about indie gigs when i saw the video clips at youtube. the links above have ample of photos and video clips. for some reasons, the music that these guys played is very clean and clear.
they manage to organize indie gigs as if those gigs were as good as a SUPER STAR gig/concert. i’m impressed, i’m impressed, i’m totally impressed. when we had indie gigs in penang or KL, the participation was usually the opposite but i believe if we can put up something as quality as happy saturday event (mini festival), people will rush in and sight of stampede occurring will be common :p
we are going to cover this event until next week by introducing 7 sarawak bands who will be performing together with us next saturday.
there are two unconfirmed gigs which we will be playing in december; one is at KDU (kolej damansara utama) on 16-dec-2007 in penang and 2007 countdown street party at taman pekaka, penang. yes, we are doing a countdown in penang. once everything confirmed, we’ll let you guys know.

no worries… we have soundcheck on saturday afternoon. i heard the sarawak gigs on youtube and the sound was great. i don’t have any doubt of their great ears.
