i can’t believe the holidays are over so fast, sad. we haven’t had any band rehearsal for the past 2 weeks (falls on christmas and new year day) and its kinda bored.
anway, we are going to perform in alor setar chinese new year street party this 27-january. venue is jalan putra. part of the street is going to be closed for the celebration. i heard that there’s going to be 2 stages. a few bands going to perform. the list is not confirmed yet though.
apart from that, its work and work and work. i’m constantly traveling to sungai petani and eventually will make frequent trips to ipoh. that’s part of my work.
last night, i was having a conversation with my 93-year-old-national-treasure grandpa and he said “A man who served selflessly, improved life of millions and make sacrifices to the country should not be penalized because of his private life. But he is truly a gentleman to take things at his stride and be responsible for what the public see as wrong“. then i think and think… that guy didn’t kill anybody, didn’t commit terror acts, didn’t utter vulgarity in public and did what a handful of guys usually do (but never get caught), is a pity that we lose him — someone so capable of making lives better. where is bill clinton when you need him? sigh…

Really a ‘pity’ to him….but he is the most brave politician I ever seen in malaysia. Although he was doing something wrong, it’s just a personal matter….Normally this thing is common for rich ppl… Mostly rich ppl will do that too..just not get caught…so he is just unlucky…

thanks for enquiring about the lessons, i teach in penang on tuesday only at the moment, the other days i am in alor star
i teach in Jelutong near the BHP / Caltax petrol stations. it is a private studio where uglymen jam, it is not a centre. current available time is at 4pm only, as from 5pm-7.30pm already being occupied. i am sorry i could not teach beyond 7.45pm because after dinner, uglymen wil start practise.
i teach electric guitar and bass. piano only available in alor star at the moment. sorry, i do not teach drum, but i can recommend you a good teacher if u r looking for lessons….
