FUCK hewlett packard

why they deserved to be fucked…. BIG TIME

-early January 2008 i ordered HP laptop with Maxis broadband package
-arrived 3rd week January 2008
-used for 10 minutes ONLY, 10 fucking MINUTES, then screen gone blank
-called HP helpline, which was answered by a non-malaysian (i presume)
-asked me on off, check power adaptor, cable, battery (which i already did b4 i called)
-i demanded to change a new one
-he said HP policy doesnt allow that, they must check what problem i was having, and if i change new one, it will take a very long time maybe a month
-actually i have NO problem, it was HP having great problem
-i never come accross where a NEW computer broke down just 10minutes into using
-i called Maxis, which they say they only incharge of the broadband thing, laptop i have to deal with HP (that’s fair)
-HP asked me send to service-centre in alor star.
-i sent approx 6 days before CNY. They told me it would be ready in a few days
-i called them to enquire after 2 days, they told me the system board (mother board) was burnt (short curcuit), need order new one (they said maybe the laptop did not on for long time then the board got static charge or something)
-after 2 days, i called again, they told me they just notice the RAM also burnt, need order RAM, and the RAM only arrives in alor star on 19th Feb, after that, they still need time to confirm when can be done…
-chxx bye, like this masi one month liao lo, like this, wat’s the different if i change a new one…
-and in addition, my charges for Maxis Broadband already started running, and i dont have a fucking laptop to use with it…
-how am i gona finish my university work which is the main purpose i bought this stupid HP laptop…
-my friend works in alor star HP centre and he is trying his best to rush my laptop, but HP still suxxxx

i know not everyone encounters this, i am just the unlucky one, but still, HP HAS to take responsible for their stupid lousy product and BAD customer service policy. Should have listen to my friend buy DELL DELL DELL!!!

why cant i just change a new one, since your product is FAULTY!!! only last for 10 minutes!!! really Horrific Product
