Hey, HP called me up and interview me man..
the service was good(I dunno about mike’s); my laptop return and got fixed…now can use and njoy it…
but the operator; thru out my entire life time, I never ever came across such stupid HP operator; she passed my phone here and there..I juz asked a very simple question; Where is HP service centre?
I had made my complaint to the ger who interview me thru the phone about this case…
I think mike didn’t bring his laptop to the HP service centre… juz phone them up…they drive me mad till my nose bleeding!!! the problem will be solve in 30 second but they pass me here and transfer me there and make me wait for 30 min for doing nothing and the problem cannot be solve…FInally I gave up and call my friend and get the location of the centre…that’s it….
anyway, thanks for all friends here; I am very busy and fully dedicated my time into my biz now….

beh… I took my laptop to HP centre la, alor star got service centre, the service centre ok la, my fren works there, but the help line SUX BIG TIME, he is not local, maybe HP outsource the helpline in India or something, the guy who answered my call is not local, with very heavy pure indian slang…when I say I from alor star, he asked me is it some where near kuala lumpur…I say I from kedah, then he only managed to check the address for me…

**** I also experienced the same problem with HP customer service centre…bloody nonsense.. plus it’s Indian somemore…. had to send my laptop in twice..knn
oh well.. lalala..ahppy belated birthday uncle beh.. XD
