@#$%^&* i’m sad beyond words.

i will remember when i was in secondary school (1987), some TV stations were screening michael jackson’s bad video and i video-taped it. i watched it many times a day. and watched a few times in one row. but strangely, i never learn to sing like him or dance like him. but i love his talent. there’s no one being ever mentioned for his/her dance other than michael jackson. the other person may be MC HAMMER.

i’m very sad actually because when i was young he gave me a lot of inspiration and creativity.

Risk factors for cardiac arrest: heart attack, heart failure, heart surgery, coronary artery disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, cigarette smoking, drug or alcohol abuse, excess weight, hight fat diet, sedentary lifestyle, stress…

To cut the list short, exercise more no matter you’re thin or fat! Exercise to stay healthy, not just to lose weight.

And rest in peace, Michael Jackson.

P/S: We can foresee commercialised companies trying to make profits due to his departures by reproducing his old songs again.
