the last sunday was a holiday for me 30th aug, i did not arrange any appointment nor lesson so i could get my passport done, and send it to yamaha kl in the evening.

so, woke up in the morning 10am, after breakfasted, arrived at immigration office, havent got out of my car, then suddenly noticed i did not have enough cash to renew. sighsss, went home to get the money needed, and back to the office.

after 20 min, here i am, in the office, took my number, sat down, watching some stupid tv programs, after 15 min, my call, went to the counter, and the officcer asked 'did u bring your old passport?' (ok, i shud have thought of that), i asked the officer anything needed, he said no.sighsss…. went home, got my old passport, back to the immigration office.

After 20 min, here i am sitting in the office, waited around 20 min, my number's up, went to counter 3 (as instructed on the number display), passed everything to the officer….stood there 3 min, the officer told me 'aiya, system off-line lah', have to wait, please sit and wait k…' so, i sat down again…..

waited for another 15 min, finally my number flashed on the display board but this time it was to counter 5, the officer asked me, why did u come to this counter? I said your system asked me too, she said she accidentally pressed it, cos counter 3 had already started my paperwork, anyway, she was kind enough to attend to my application.

after awhile, she initially thought the system was down again, but she was smarter than the counter 3 guy as she saw other counters were well online-ed. she did a double check and told me it was my ic's problem, the system could not read my ic's chip. the only way to correct it was make a new ic at the national registrar. then get a temporary ic documen, and come back to apply my passport. shit luck… had to go home, get birth cert, and go to get a new ic

got home, took birth cert, arrived after another 20 min. took about 30 min made a new ic. went bck to the immigration office, without a xerox of my temporary ic (she had told me to do so, i forgot!!) she told me there is a xerox service downstairs of the building. went down and the receptionist told me the xerox office was closed for the day…

at this point, i was cursing the day and feel very pek chek (unpleasant feeling and felt like killing some one). drove off from the buiding again which i lost count how many times, went to town and made a copy of my ic.

after 30 min, at the office again, the officer smiled and said, 'this time you are done with everything needed, and can collect your new passport 2 hours from now.' made payment and went off.

went home, and to a shop, had a drink, went back to collect after 90 min, better early than late. waited about 30 min, got my new passport, straight away went to the courier office, it was already 5pm then……

…..damn it!! the shop was closed!
